Amanda and Martin celebrated their beautiful day surrounded by lots of family including their tribe of babes and their closest friends. They had stunning luck with the weather that day and even managed to star spot Scotty Cam and grab a quick pic on the way to the wedding! The florals were to die for from Wild Bunch Florist with gorgeous succulents and peonies. The Ceremony was held at The Gunyah in Watsons Bay and the relaxed reception followed at The Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel complete with paella!

These two sessions are some of my favs ever, especially the maternity session and the perfect example of why you should book both a maternity and newborn session. We only get to be pregnant a handful of times (if we are lucky) in our life and it is something to celebrate, even if we feel like crap :). The fact that our bodies can house and grow another human being just blows my mind, it is spectacular and beautiful and something you really want a record of. I am so glad I have a record of my pregnant body, and let me assure you mine does not look like Kamila’s but it is just as beautiful because of what it is creating.

The newborn session is a little more obvious as of course you want to capture all the stages of bubs life, especially those beautiful sleepy days right at the very beginning but more importantly it is essential to make sure you capture you in those images as well! I have so many photos of my babes but not that many (especially ones that I like!) with me in them. Don’t worry that you won’t be in shape, don’t worry about make up, the most important part is capturing you, bub and your family and all the love that is flying around the room.
